The process of setting up PLA to accept XML from the InSite Prepress Portal software is similar to the process of setting up PLA to accept data from an MIS system.
Additional configuration is required in Prepress Portal to set up data entry forms called job info sheets.
Refer to Appendix B for information about setting up PLA to accept data from the InSite Prepress Portal software and setting up InSite job info sheets.
Note: This information helps an experienced user configure Prinergy Workflow, PLA, and InSite to generate and process XML data to create layouts. If you do not feel that you or your in-house staff have sufficient background to configure all the components, talk to your sales representative about having Kodak Professional Services complete the work for you.
