You can associate as many job templates with a customer account as you need.
Requirements: You must have a customer role that includes the Modify Customer right.
- On the home page, click Administration.
- In the Administration area, click Customers.
- In the Customers list, right-click a customer name, and select Edit Customer.
- In the Edit Customer window that appears, in the left pane, select Job Templates.
- In the Available jobs for list, select the customer category:
- To view all jobs for all customers, select All Customers.
- To view all jobs for your customer only, select My Customers.
In Enterprise, from the Location menu, select a satellite server.
- To select the jobs that you want to use as template jobs:
- Select the check box next to Jobs to select all the jobs in the list.
or - Select the check box next to a specific job.
- Click Update.
