- In the Tools tab, click Report Errors.
- Run the Prinergy Evo error reporter. For more information, see Running Prinergy Evo error reporter.
- In the Prinergy Evo Error Reporter dialog box, press Shift and click Open to open the folder containing the error report file, rather than opening just the error report file.
