- Create Preflight+ PDF Report Action
This new Action allows you to easily attach a report to an email or other appropriate action (i.e. copy or move report to a destination).
Use the Report File Event Property to easily select the PDF report Path Name. Leaving the Destination Directory field blank will correctly use the default path. Note, your refine process template must be setup to include the PDF report format.
Previously to this new action you would have to manually select the report directory.
- Select Job Filter
Flow Control filter to select jobs in Prinergy without using the full job name. Selection criteria can be Begins With, Contains, or Ends With.
Useful to select jobs which may not be named the same way in Prinergy as in MIS to initiate archive or retrieve operations from XML or CSV input.
- Load Job Action
Used in conjunction with the Select Job Filter to load a job selected by the filter to perform desired next actions such as archive, imposition output, import/export actions, and final output actions.
