  1. In the Input Files pane, select the No Curve.pdf file, and then from the Process menu, select the Refine > Refine > 1st Ref-Normz process template.
  2. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.
  3. In the 1-Up Artwork pane of Job Manager, select and double-click the No Curve.p1.pdf file and preview the newly refined PDF file in Acrobat.
  4. In Acrobat, click the Kodak PDF Trap Viewer button on the toolbar to start PDF Trap Viewer.
    Note: In Acrobat X, select View > Tools > Kodak Tools and then select the Kodak PDF Trap Viewer icon from the Kodak Tools section of the Tools panel on the right.
  5. Roll over the icons to display icon names. Click the Highlight objects set to overprint icon to identify overprint objects.
  6. Check overprint/knock-out in Acrobat.
    In the 1-Up Artwork pane, double-click the file and preview it in Acrobat. 
    View the separations using the Acrobat output preview tool (View > Tools > Print Production > Output Preview). Turn the separations including Dieline off and on to identify the knockout and overprint objects. 
    Note that the Highlight Traps and Hide Traps icons are not active.
  7. Quit Kodak PDF Trap Viewer and Acrobat.
