  1. In Job Manager, select the PetraBag_Green_Promo.p1.p1.pdf file in the 1-Up Artwork pane.
  2. Right-click the PDF file and select Refine > Refine > 2ndRef-MapColors.
  3. In the Start Process dialog box, click Edit Process Template.
  4. In the Refine/2ndRef-MapColors dialog box, expand the ColorConvert pane.
  5. Click OK in the process template.
    Note: By editing the process template using this method, the process template will only be altered for this one occasion. The next time you select this same process template, the Set Colors to Knock Out will stay active.
  6. In the Start Process dialog box, click OK.
