This is the recommended method of outputting QuarkXPress files. This method is available in QuarkXPress 7 and later.
Make sure that in the Preferences dialog box, on the PDF tab, Create PDF is selected.
- In the QuarkXPress software, open the document.
- Select File > Export > Layout as PDF.
- Select the PDF style that you want to use.
