1. Right-click the folder XX_Job40 located in the lower left hand corner of Job Manager, and select Open Job Folder in File Browser > HotFolders > XX_APA Refine.
2. In your root directory, navigate to the Packaging Activity Source Files > APA Files folder, and then select and copy:
   • APACarton_Blue.pdf
   • APACarton_Green.pdf
   • APACarton_Red.pdf
3. Paste the files to the hot folder XX_APA Refine within your job folder (XX_Job40).
4. Close the browser, and return to the Step and Repeats view in Job Manager.
5. Output a virtual layout proof and preview it in Prinergy VPS.
   Note that the red artwork is automatically placed in positions 1, 4, 7; the green artwork in positions 2, 5, 8; and the blue artwork in positions 3, 6, 9. These artwork positions are based on your APA rules created for this job.
6. Close the job.
