1. On the Events tab, navigate to the Job Events > Job Status Changed section, drag the Job Completed event to the workspace as a third row.
2. On the Flow tab, drag the Timer (Relative) flow action to the Action? icon.
3. Double-click the red line, or right-click it and select Edit Rule.
4. In the Rule Parameters Editor, click the red text Enter a Value beside Interval and then click the browse [...] button on the right end of the row.
5. In the Parameter Value dialog box, on the Time Span tab, for Days, select 1. Click OK.
6. Click OK to close the Rule Parameters Editor.
7. On the Actions tab, navigate to the Job Actions section, and drag the Archive action to the Expired event of the Timer (Relative) flow action.
8. Double-click the red line, or right-click it and select Edit Rule.
9. In the Rule Parameters Editor, click the red text Enter a Value beside Process template path, and then click the browse [...] button on the right end of the row.
10. In the Parameter Value dialog box, browse to the Storage section and select the ArchiveSelected process template. Click OK.
11. Click OK to close the Rule Parameters Editor.
