Why you should complete this activity

Using the Rules-Based Automation (RBA), you can automate almost every step of your workflow—from job creation to storage—with a simple drag-and-drop window. Instead of using Workshop to control Prinergy, you create rules that Prinergy follows automatically every time when certain triggers occur.

Audience

Experienced prepress operators or system administrators responsible for handling workflow automation in their shop
Using Rules-Based Automation (RBA) is an advanced task, and should be handled by someone familiar with the detailed workflow requirements.
