• A smart hot folder is a global hot folder that automatically processes a source file. Used with a workflow template, it could create jobs and process, move and rename files. Hence, save your time and effort.
• This activity demonstrates how to create and use smart hot folders in order to automate your workflow.

Operators, prepress managers, or anyone who will use the Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack regularly and be responsible for handling workflow automation in their shop
