1. Locate your job (XX_Use_Hot_Folder) at the lower left of Job Manager. Right-click and select Open Job File in File Browser.
2. Inside your job folder, locate and open the HotFolders folder. You will see two folders: XX_Refine Preflight and Processed.
   The XX_Refine Preflight folder is used as the hot folder (colored in red). This is where you will drop input files.
   The Processed folder is used to store the input source files after they have been processed.
3. Locate the file Packaging Activity Source Files/Petra Carton/CartonGrn.eps.
4. Drag the EPS file to the hot folder XX_Refine Preflight.
5. Return to Job Manager to monitor the processing of the input file.
6. Select the refined 1-up artwork, and from the Job menu, select Preflight Report Viewer, and read the report:
   • Note that the Color category contains three warnings. For details, click the text Color to open the detail information page.
   • To locate the detected contents with preflight warning, click the finger icon before the line. The 1-up artwork PDF opens automatically with contents highlighted.
   • In the Kodak Preflight Locator dialog box, use the pull-down menu and labeled buttons (Next and Show all) to navigate to the detected spots on the 1-up artwork. You can also go back to the preflight report by clicking the Go to report button.
7. Close the PDF file.
