1. From the Tools menu, select Preflight Profile Manager.
2. In the Preflight Profile Manager, click Add.
3. In the Preflight Profile Editor, type your name in the Profile Author box.
   This specifies the original creator of the profile.
4. In the Profile Description window, type: This profile is used for customer ABC Printer.
   The profile identifies:
   • A warning for True Type fonts
   • A warning for spot colors
5. In the Categories pane, select Fonts and then Type.
   In the Detect column, select True Type.
   In the Report column, select Warning.
6. In the Categories pane, select Color and then Spot Color
   In the Detect column, select Spot color is used. 
   In the Report column, select Warning.
7. In the Categories pane, click the text Profile Description. Review all settings and add any further text to the Profile Description box.
8. Click Save As.
9. In the Profile Name dialog box, type your name XX_ProfileHF (where XX represents your initials). Click OK.
10. Close the Preflight Profile Manager.
