A previous version of Prinergy introduced bug fix deployment through the Prinergy Patcher tool. Please contact the Kodak CEC if you are interested in applying any of the patches listed below.

• Patches are optional. Consider if you are affected by the issue and install the applicable patch only if necessary.
• Patches for the same Prinergy version should be installed sequentially
• Patches should be installed on all Prinergy Primary and Secondary servers.
• The latest installed patch version will be displayed within Prinergy Administrator > Help > About Prinergy Administrator
• Patches can be uninstalled

These patches were developed in response to reported issues, that are deemed critical. Delivering this patch to you in a timely manner, off cycle of a regular release, means it has not completed our full cycle of quality controls. Typically, a full cycle release goes through functional, regression and beta testing before it's available for general release. Although this patch has passed our initial functional testing, it has not completed our testing requirement for general release. By accepting this patch, installing or allow the Support Specialist to install the patch, you acknowledge and accept the risk associated. In the event that the patch has undesirable side-effects, the product support specialist would provide instructions to un-install the patch. We suggest you carefully monitor your system after the installation and report any issues that you find.
