You can assign a role to a user to enable that user to view and approve color-accurate elements in Smart Review.

Your print service provider creates the roles that are available for you to assign to your users.

Note: Any user who needs to view color-accurate elements in Smart Review must have a project role that includes the Use Matchprint Virtual user right.

1. Log on to Creative Workflow.
   Note: You must have the System/Customer role or a Project role that includes the Manage Access user right.

2. Select a customer and click Manage Access.
3. Click the Project Role dropdown list for the user to whom you want to assign color rights and select a role that includes the View Color Management user rights.
4. Click Apply.
