All the fonts that are required for jobs must be installed on the EPM server.

Fonts that are stored on the original primary server at %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\data\Fonts\ are backed up daily to the EPM server.

Fonts that are stored in other locations must be manually installed on the EPM server to make them available during failover.

1. Identify fonts that are stored on the original primary server in a location other than %AraxiHome%\CreoAraxi\data\Fonts\.
2. Manually install the fonts and their license files on the EPM server.
