Symptom

The Proofer Viewer Calibration view does not list a desired media configuration.

Cause

The desired media configuration is not present in the software and/or it is not enabled.

Solution

1. Ensure that the desired media configuration is installed or created in the software.
2. In the Proofer Viewer Calibration view, select the media configuration, and click Enable.
