The control toolbar is located at the bottom of the PressProof screen, and contains tools that help you to navigate around the image that you are viewing. The available tools differ, depending on whether you are in Window mode or in Full Screen mode.

Displaying the control toolbar

• In Window mode, the control toolbar always appears at the bottom of the screen.

• In Full Screen mode, the control toolbar is normally hidden.

  • To show the control toolbar, move the mouse.
  • To hide the control toolbar, keep the mouse still.

You can set up PressProof to always display the control toolbar.
Note: Having the control toolbar display on or near a surface may affect the user's color perception.

To always display the control toolbar:

1. In Window mode, on the main toolbar select Kodak PressProof > Preferences.

2. Select the Always display control toolbar check box.
