Ensure the monitor luminance is set to a fixed value. For information about setting the monitor luminance, see the Matchprint Virtual Quick Start Guide for your configuration.

1. At the Dock, click the Matchprint Virtual folder icon .

2. Select MVCalibrator and in the MV Calibrate window that appears, on the right-hand side, click .

3. Verify that the luminance mode is set to Fixed Luminance—the fixed luminance value that was measured during calibration is displayed by the Luminance Adjust slider and box.
   Note: To avoid luminance variations and an ever-decreasing luminance level—to which the viewing booth must repeatedly be matched—do not select Maximum Luminance Method.
4. Click Quit.
