Times reported in Dashboards (such as in heat maps) are based on the time zone configured in Preferences,
Preferences are found in the PRINERGY Portal Services view, under the Administration tab.
Once data is uploaded from a PRINERGY system to the cloud, it can then be displayed in Analytics Dashboards.
The upload (refresh) times for Dashboard data depends on the process involved.
