The required preferences and resources must be implemented and configure and use Ink Analytics.

1. Define Preferences for units of measure, weight and currency used within your production environment.
2. Define the Resources needed:
   1. Presses - specifications include: Name, Manufacturer, Mode ID, Type and Fountain Solution used. Required parameters are indicated with an *.
   2. Substrates - specifications include: Name, ID, SKU, Manufacturer, Product Name, Type, Weight(g/m2), Price Per Unit and you can provide an optional Description. Required parameters are indicated with an *.
   3. Plates / Cylinders - specifications include: Name, Manufacturer, Model ID, Model Name and Dimension. Required parameters are indicated with an *.
   4. Inks / Coatings - specifications include: Name, ID, SKU, Color Type, Manufacturer, Product Line, Base and Price. Required parameters are indicated with an *.
      NOTE: Although you have defined a preferred unit of currency and weight, you can choose other units to meet your ink /coating manufacturers' specifications. PRINERGY Portal does not convert these values to match your Preference.
   5. Print Conditions - combines the above items to define a singular relationship to match your uniquely specified Production needs. Required parameters are indicated with an *.
