The page status indicates the page's current approval state.
You can see the page status in the Pages area. The color bars and symbols indicate the page status.
In List view, the color bar appears on the left of the row.
This Page Status | Means That | Color Bar Indicator | Symbol |

Work in Progress | The printer is preparing the page. The page is not available for review or approval at this time. | Gray | |
Approval Requested | Pages are ready for review or final approval. | Blue | |
Approved | The page is ready to print or to create a hard-copy proof. | Green | |
Approval Not Required | The page is ready and may be viewed, but there is no need to review or approve it. | Gray | |
Reviewed-OK | The page has been reviewed and no changes are required. | Blue | |
Reviewed-Not OK | The page has been reviewed and changes are required. | Blue | |
Waiting for Correction | For staff users: The page is incorrect and you must supply a corrected page. For customer users:This page requires changes, printable report with the annotations is generated. | Orange | |
Rejected | The page is incorrect and cannot be corrected. | Red | |
Approval Requested (Color Required) | Color approval is required. Final approval cannot be performed unless color is approved. | Blue | |

You can use filters to display only pages with a particular status.
