Job templates allow new jobs to inherit attributes of existing jobs. You can associate as many job templates with a customer account as you need.

When creating a new job for a customer, a list of the available job templates appears. You can select an option in the list or leave the job without an assigned job template.

Prinergy Workflow or Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack job templates

When a new job is created in a Prinergy Workflow or Prinergy Workflow Packaging Automation Expansion Pack, the job inherits the following attributes from the job template:

• Hot folders
• Image search paths
• Font search paths
• User access permissions
• Advanced page assignment (APA)
• Job information sheets
• Upload processing rules
• Color profiles

Note: The new job will not inherit Job toolbars from the template job.
