File resource information is not converted when you change protocols. If you want to retain file resource information, use this procedure.
If you don't need to retain file resources, go to step 3.

1. Close all files.
   Open files will not be converted and, therefore, will not have resources.
2. You must use the Fork Translator utility to convert file resource information in the following locations:
   
   1. • All job volumes on a Windows server
      • The AraxiPreps share on the primary server

3. Perform any of the following actions:
   • To make the share folder visible in Workshop immediately, stop Prinergy and then start it.
   • If you already stopped Prinergy, restart it.
   • If you stopped the Archive/Retrieve JTP or Purge JTP, restart it.

If you use integrated Preps on Mac client computers that are not in the same domain as the primary server, continue with Enabling Preps under SMB.
