1. In the Job Properties view, select the Materials & Equipment tab .
   Note the current substrate size is 23 in. x 29 in. (584.2 mm x 736.6 mm).
2. If the ShopMap palette isn't already open, from the Window menu, select Show ShopMap palette.
3. To change the substrate, select the Substrate tab in the Materials section of the ShopMap palette, and select the 25 in. x 34 in. (635 mm x 863.6 mm) substrate.
4. Drag the new substrate from the Substrate tab into the layout view of the job.
   A warning message appears: There is already a substrate in the job. Do you want to replace it? 
    
5. Click Replace. 
6. View the job to see that the new substrate has replaced the original smaller substrate.
7. In the job properties view, select the Materials & Equipment tab if it is not already selected. Notice that the substrate specifications have been automatically updated to reflect the new substrate size.
   Note: View the color bars at the top of the new substrate. Notice that the SmartMark color bar automatically resized itself to fit the new substrate size.
8. Close the ShopMap palette.
