Symptom

While using an i1iO spectrophotometer with the Precision Color Calibration wizard, you cancel the Precision Color Calibration wizard. When you resume the calibration, the Precision Color Calibration wizard fails to find the i1iO.

Cause

The i1iO loses communication with the Precision Color Calibration wizard.

Solution

• Turn off the i1iO.
• Disconnect the i1iO.
• Connect the i1iO.
• Turn on the i1iO.
