- In the Process Viewer, click the View by Process view, highlight the failed process, and then select System > Report Processing Error.
- In the Problem Description box, type a description of the problem, such as

. - Click Set and browse to a share that Prinergy Evo can access (for example, the JobData share).
- Click Save, and then click OK.
