- Make sure that any saved configuration folders are saved outside of the main Prinergy Evo server computer folder.
- From the Prinergy Evo server computer click Start.
- Select Settings > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs to remove the Prinergy Evo software.
See the Prinergy Evo Installation Guide for more information on removing Prinergy Evo software. - Place the original Prinergy Evo installation DVD into the Prinergy Evo server computer's DVD-ROM drive.
- Reinstall the Prinergy Evo Server software and then the Prinergy Evo Client software.
