For reliable client connectivity:
Windows Firewall settings:
Windows Firewall is complex and settings will generally vary highly between sites.
During troubleshooting, a Kodak service team member may ask for the Windows Firewall to be disabled.
If the source of an issue is determined to be caused by Windows Firewall being enabled, Kodak will recommend that your System Administrator disable Windows Firewall. Any further troubleshooting of Windows Firewall will be the sole responsibility of your System Administrator.
There are two options for configuring Windows Firewall for the Prinergy Evo Workflow server software:
