*Windows 10 Support and Compatibility with KPS 10.0

While standard support for Windows 10 from Microsoft is scheduled to end in 2025, customers may choose to purchase extended support directly from Microsoft. Windows 10 has been qualified as a client operating system for use with KPS 10.0. However, if issues arise that appear to be related to the operating system, Kodak recommends upgrading to Windows 11 for improved support and compatibility.

Note: Installing the KPS client on the KPS controller with the Windows 10 IoT OS is supported.

For all other Kodak Prinergy suite of software supported client operating system, please refer to the respective Release Notes.

• Windows administrator account
• Adobe Reader software, set as the default PDF viewer
• Monitor with an optimal preset resolution of 1280 x 1024
• Video card, sound card, keyboard, mouse
• Ethernet NIC for connectivity with the proofer controller
• DVD drive (if required for installing or upgrading software)
• USB port and supported spectrophotometer (if colors will be measured at this workstation)
