Known Limitations

PLA Client does not launch, the Client Configuration tab is missing or unable to save Preferences (PLA-4881)

When Prinergy is running on Windows Server 2012 or 2016 with RSS enabled, PLA is not able to retrieve the license information from Prinergy. It is also possible after restarting the Prinergy server, the Prinergy Floating License Manager is not yet running. To resolve, find the DefaultUser.properties file in the LayoutAutomation\server\WEB-INF\classes folder on your Prinergy server. Open the file in a text editor and add a preference named LicenseServer=<IP Address of the Prinergy Server> substituting the actual IP address. For example, LicenseServer=192.168.0.190

Bekannte Einschränkungen

PLA-Client wird nicht gestartet, die Registerkarte "Client Configuration" fehlt oder kann keine Einstellungen speichern (PLA-4881)

Wenn Prinergy unter Windows Server 2012 oder 2016 mit aktiviertem RSS ausgeführt wird, kann PLA die Lizenzinformationen nicht von Prinergy abrufen. Es ist auch möglich, dass der Prinergy Floating License Manager nach dem Neustart des Prinergy-Servers noch nicht ausgeführt wird. Lösung: Suchen Sie die DateiDefaultUser.properties im Ordner LayoutAutomation\server\WEB-INF\classes auf dem Prinergy-Server. Öffnen Sie die Datei in einem Texteditor, und fügen Sie eine Präferenz namens LicenseServer=<IP-Adresse des Prinergy-Servers> hinzu, indem Sie die tatsächliche IP-Adresse ersetzen. Beispiel: LicenseServer=192.168.0.190
