1. In the Administration Client, click the Configuration tab.
2. Click the Prepress Workflow Connector triangle to expand the pane.
3. In the Primary Server Name box, type the name or IP address of the Prinergy server.
   Note: If you are not using any form of JDF connectivity, and are using only production reporting, this is the only information that is required on this pane. Stop here.
4. If you are using a form of JDF connectivity, set up the options (see below) to define how Business Link will create jobs in Prinergy, based on the MIS job data that Business Link receives.
   Note: Except for the job name format, settings that the MIS specifies in the JDF data take precedence over any settings that you specify in this dialog box.
5. Click Save.
6. On the Status tab, restart the connectors either now or when you finish setting up the Configuration tab.
   • If a connector is currently stopped, click Start.
   • If the connectors are currently running, click Stop, and then click Start.
7. Click Refresh.
8. On the Status tab, verify that the Prepress Workflow Connector triangle is green and that its current server state is Running.
9. When you finish setting up the Prepress Workflow Connector pane, go to MIS connector.

Prepress workflow connector configuration options

Primary Server Name

Type the name or IP address of the Prinergy primary server. Business Link automatically retrieves the current list of available process templates from the specified Prinergy server. If InSite is used, it also retrieves the list of InSite customers from the InSite server. 

Job Volume

Select or type the path to a valid Prinergy job-share folder. Prinergy will create jobs in this folder whenever the MIS does not specify a job volume. 
Note: The user account that is used to start the Business Link service must also exist on the server that hosts the job volume.

Workshop Group

Type the name of the Workshop group in which Prinergy is to create new jobs whenever the MIS does not specify a group. Prinergy Workshop uses groups to organize jobs. You can create groups and subgroups using a pipe symbol ( | ) to show the relationship. For example, typing New_Jobs|My new job creates a Workshop group called New_Jobs with the group My new job inside it.

Job Naming Format

Type the format that Prinergy is to use for naming new prepress jobs requested by the MIS. You can build the names using uppercase parameters for the MIS job name, job ID, and customer ID, was well as any literal text that you want to append or prepend to the job names. Default Template Job

Type or browse to select the Prinergy job that will be used by default as a template for a new job created by Business Link whenever a template job is not already specified in either of these locations:

• • The JDF from the MIS
  • The Customer Mapping tab

When you click the browse button [...], the Template Job Chooser appears, and you can locate and select a template job. This list of existing jobs is automatically retrieved from Prinergy when you install or restart Business Link, and you cannot edit it.

1. Haga clic en Guardar.
2. En la ficha Estado, reinicie los conectores bien en ese momento o bien cuando termine de definir las opciones de la ficha Configuración.
   • Si un conector está detenido, haga clic en Iniciar.
   • Si los conectores se están ejecutando, haga clic en Detener y después en Iniciar.
3. Haga clic en Actualizar.
4. En la ficha Estado, compruebe que el triángulo Conector con el flujo de trabajo de preimpresión se muestre de color verde y que el estado sea Activo.

Cuando finalice la configuración del panel Conector con el flujo de trabajo de preimpresión, consulte el tema correspondiente al tipo de conectividad JDF que utilice (conector MIS o hot folder Business Link).

Utilisez l'onglet Configuration pour configurer la communication entre le logiciel Business Link et le serveur Prinergy et pour définir la manière dont Prinergy crée et nomme les travaux.

1. Si vous utilisez une forme de connectivité JDF, configurez les options afin de définir la manière dont Business Link va créer les travaux dans Prinergy, en fonction des données de travaux du MIS que Business Link reçoit.

Remarque : Mis à part le format du nom du travail, les paramètres spécifiés par le MIS dans les données JDF ont priorité sur tous les autres paramètres indiqués dans cette boîte de dialogue.

1. Cliquez sur Enregistrer.
2. Dans l'onglet État, redémarrez les connecteurs immédiatement ou une fois le paramétrage de l'onglet Configuration terminé.
   • Si un connecteur est actuellement arrêté, cliquez sur Démarrer.
   • Si les connecteurs sont en cours d'exécution, cliquez sur Arrêter, puis cliquez sur Démarrer.
3. Cliquez sur Actualiser.
4. Dans l'onglet État, vérifiez que le triangle du Connecteur de flux de production prépresse est vert et que son état de serveur actuel est En cours d'exécution.

Une fois le volet Connecteur de flux de production prépresse configuré, rendez-vous à la rubrique concernant le type de connectivité JDF que vous utilisez (Connecteur MIS ou dossier actif de Business Link).

1. JDF 接続形式を使用している場合は、Business Link が受け取る MIS のジョブ データに基づき、Business Link が Prinergy でジョブを作成する方法を定義するためのオプションを設定します。

注: ジョブの命名形式を除いて、MIS で JDF データ内に指定した設定は、このダイアログ ボックスで指定した設定よりも優先されます。

1. 保存をクリックします。
2. ステータスタブで、コネクタをすぐに再起動するか、または環境設定タブの設定終了後に再起動します。

   • 現在コネクタが実行中の場合は、停止をクリックしてから開始をクリックします。
3. 更新をクリックします。
4. ステータスタブで、プリプレス ワークフロー コネクタの三角形が緑であることを確認し、現在のサーバーの状態が実行中であることを確認します。

プリプレス ワークフロー コネクタウィンドウ枠での設定が終了した後で、使用する JDF 接続タイプに該当するトピックに進みます（「MIS コネクタ」または「Business Link ホット フォルダ」）。

Auf der Registerkarte Konfiguration wird die Kommunikation zwischen der Business Link-Software und dem Prinergy-Server eingerichtet sowie definiert, wo und wie Prinergy die Jobs erstellt und benennt.

1. Klicken Sie im Administration Client auf die Registerkarte Konfiguration.
2. Klicken Sie auf das Dreiecksymbol Verbindung zu Druckvorstufen-Workflow, um den Fensterbereich zu erweitern.
3. Geben Sie im Feld Hauptservername den Namen oder die IP-Adresse des Prinergy-Servers ein.

Anmerkung: Wenn Sie keine Art von JDF-Verbindung verwenden und ausschließlich mit Produktionsberichten arbeiten, ist dies die einzige Information, die in diesem Fensterbereich erforderlich ist. Führen Sie keine weiteren Schritte aus.

1. Wenn Sie mit einer Art von JDF-Verbindung arbeiten, richten Sie die Optionen ein, die definieren, wie Business Link Jobs auf der Grundlage der empfangenen MIS-Job-Daten in Prinergy erstellt.

Anmerkung: Mit Ausnahme des Jobnamensformats haben die vom MIS eingerichteten Einstellungen in den JDF-Daten grundsätzlich Vorrang vor den in diesem Dialogfeld vorgenommenen Einstellungen.

1. Klicken Sie auf Sichern.
2. Stellen Sie die Verbindungen auf der Registerkarte Status entweder sofort oder nach Abschluss der Konfigurationseinstellungen auf der Registerkarte Konfiguration wieder her.
   • Wenn die Verbindung derzeit nicht hergestellt ist, klicken Sie auf Starten.
   • Wenn die Verbindungen derzeit hergestellt sind, klicken Sie auf Stoppen und anschließend auf Starten.
3. Klicken Sie auf Aktualisieren.
4. Vergewissern Sie sich auf der Registerkarte Status, dass das Dreiecksymbol Verbindung zu Druckvorstufen-Workflow grün ist und für den aktuellen Serverstatus Aktiv angezeigt wird.

Nachdem Sie die Einstellungen im Bereich Verbindung zu Druckvorstufen-Workflow vorgenommen haben, fahren Sie mit dem Thema zu dem von Ihnen verwendeten Typ von JDF-Verbindung fort (MIS-Verbindung oder Business Link-Hot Folder).
