When an operator drops a .jt file into the hot folder connected to this enabled rule, a new Prinergy Workflow job and layout are created by the PLA software. You can then revise marks in PLA without opening the layout in the Pandora software.

1. Start Workshop.
2. In the Job Finder window, select Tools > Rule Set Manager.
   Important: Do not open Rule Set Manager from a specific Prinergy Workflow job.
3. In the Rule Set Library pane, locate the folder you created for storing PLA system-level rule sets (in our example, PLA System Rule Sets), and open the PLA Import Prinergy Layout rule set. 
4. To open the Create Job action, double-click the line between the Select One Item and Create Job actions.
5. Set the following parameters:
   1. Job Home Server: Select the server name from the list of available servers.
   2. Job Home Share: Select the server share location.
   3. (Optional) Job Group: Select the preferred job group.
   4. Template Job: Select the template job to use when creating the layout.
6. Save and enable the rule set.
7. In Job Finder, find PLATemplateJob and open it.
8. In Job Manager for PLATemplateJob, select Job > Manage Hot Folders. Perform the following actions:
   1. In the Manage Hot Folders window, click Add.
   2. In the Create Hot Folder for Job window, set the hot folder to Add and Process Files.
   3. In the Workflow Processors list, locate and select the PLA Import Prinergy Layout rule set by selecting Automation: Enabled Rule Sets\All Jobs\PLA System Rule Sets\PLA Import Prinergy Layout.

The hot folder is named PLA Import Prinergy Layout by default. You can change the name. Or, you can create an external folder on another share to be used as a hot folder, and associate the rule with the external folder. This external folder must be on a share visible to the Prinergy Workflow software. If you created an external hot folder in the Create Hot Folder for Job dialog box, expand Options, and select the Use Custom Location check box.

   2. 本地作业共享：选择服务器共享位置。
   3. （可选）作业组：选择首选的作业组。
   4. 模板作业：选择创建版式时要使用的模板作业。
6. 保存并启用规则集。
7. 在作业浏览器中，找到 PLATemplateJob 并将其打开。
8. 在 PLATemplateJob 的作业管理器中，选择“作业 > 管理热文件夹”。 执行以下操作：
   1. 在“管理热文件夹”窗口中，单击“添加”。
   2. 在“创建作业的热文件夹”窗口中，将热文件夹设置为“添加和处理文件”。
   3. 在“工作流程处理器”列表中，通过选择 Automation: Enabled Rule Sets\All Jobs\PLA System Rule Sets\PLA Import Prinergy Layout 来查找并选择 PLA 导入印能捷版式规则集。

热文件夹默认命名为 PLA Import Prinergy Layout。 您可以更改名称。 或者，您可以在另一个共享上创建外部文件夹作为热文件夹，并将规则关联到此外部文件夹。 此外部文件夹必须位于共享上，且对印能捷工作流程软件可见。 如果您在“创建作业的热文件夹”对话框中创建了一个外部热文件夹，则请展开选项，并选择“使用自定义位置”复选框。
