Pandora can be configured to automate bleed path resolution when a special line type is used in your CAD program. When you snap an artwork to the die, Pandora will use the special line type and resolve the bleed automatically. Only if Pandora is not able to find this line type or if there is a problem with the die itself will the bleeds not be automatically resolved. If this happens, Pandora will provide this warning message: Pandora detected an error with bleed path generation.
Possible causes:
- Some die stations are not closed (gaps between cutlines)
- Honor bleed path in CAD file was selected but no bleed path line type was detected
- Some bleed paths in the CAD file are not closed
Check all generated bleed paths carefully to make sure they are correct
